A garlic braid isn’t just a bundle of garlic—it’s a piece of art. Each braid is carefully hand-crafted, showcasing skill and attention to detail. A truly beautiful and unique item for your kitchen or as a gift. Our garlic braids are both decorative and practical: the bulbs can be eaten, or if left untouched, they will dry down into a long-lasting display piece.
Hang the garlic by the loop on the back of the braid in a place out of direct sunlight - a cool, dry area will help your garlic stay fresh longer. To use, cut off a bulb from the top of the braid using sharp scissors.
Braided garlic tends to last a little longer than loose bulbs because the garlic is kept in its natural state, with the stems intact, which helps to preserve it.
You will receive a braid similar to the one pictured; braid made to order with fresh herbs.
Garlic Braid Varieties:
The Mt. St. Helens variety will remain edible for approximately one year after harvest; use by the end of June.
The Chesnok Red variety will remain edible for approximately 6 months after harvest; use by the end of December.
The Mount Hood variety will remain edible for approximately 6 months after harvest; use by the end of December.
