Large, ribbed, beefsteak tomato that is yellow-orange in color. Rich in lycopene and antioxidant compounds; celebrated for its distinctive tangy-sweet taste, bright aroma, and firm yet juicy texture. Short post-harvest window—approximately 4–7 days before quality declines, so it’s best enjoyed fresh in dishes like traditional ensalada chilena.

Growing Information

  • Germination rate for seeds collected in 2025: TBD%, 3 year seed life

  • Growth habit: Indeterminate - prune to 1-2 leaders and trellis

  • Days to maturity: 75 days after transplant

  • Sow indoors 6-8 weeks prior to your last frost. Transplant outside after frost risk passes.
